Why Take an Intensive Driving Course?

By taking an intensive driving course, you will be achieving two things. Firstly you will obtain your full driving licence within week rather than months or in some cases years. Secondly cost. Assuming you take a one hour lesson for 35 weeks at £30 per hour, that's £1050 plus theory and practical tests a total of £1135. Compare that with a 30 hour intensive driving course of £995 which includes one theory and practical test a saving of £140. With intensive courses, you will not need so many hours as learning is much more effective when done on an intensive basis.

How Does it Work?

EXAMPLE: 3 DAY INTENSIVE COURSE

This course is usually suitable for someone who has had around 15 to 20 hours of lessons. On day one, your instructor will assess your ability and identify any faults that need correcting. Usually after 2 hours a break of 30 minutes should be taken. At the end of day one all aspects of your driving should have been assessed.

Day 2 will usually involve getting to know the test area and fine tuning any areas that you need work on.

Day 3 will be test day so any problems that need to be worked on can be done in the morning before the test in the afternoon.

Areas Covered

We offer intensive and semi-intensive driving courses throughout Cambridgeshire; we always ensure that part of your lessons will be in the area where your test will take place.

Cambrideshire test centers are Cambridge (Chesterton Road), Cambridge (Cowley Road) and Peterborough.
